How to average times
Convert each time to seconds, add them up, divide by the count and convert back. You can't simply average the minutes and seconds separately. For 24:35, 25:10, 23:58 and 26:02, the total is 99 minutes 45 seconds, so the average is 24:56.
Runners use this for parkrun and interval splits, call centres for average handling time (AHT), and anyone tracking a commute over a week. Enter mm:ss for times under an hour, or hh:mm:ss.

Yes. Each line is read on its own.
Does it handle decimals?
Seconds can include decimals, such as 12.5.
