How to use the name picker
Type or paste names, one per line. You can copy a column straight from Excel, Google Sheets or a Teams attendee list. Choose how many winners you need and press Pick. With more than one winner, nobody is picked twice, and the order shows first, second and third place. Press the button again for a fresh draw.
Is it fair?
Yes. Picks use the browser's cryptographically secure random generator (crypto.getRandomValues) with rejection sampling, so every option has exactly the same chance, with no "modulo bias". Nothing you enter leaves your device, and the page doesn't remember past results. For a public draw, such as a raffle or prize, share your screen or record it so everyone can see the result.
