To convert stones and pounds to kilograms, turn everything into pounds first (stones × 14 + pounds), then multiply by 0.45359237. For example, 11 stone 7 pounds is (11 × 14 + 7) = 161 lb, and 161 × 0.45359237 = 73.0 kg. One stone is about 6.35 kg.
